Your Best Smile + Giveaway
Your smile is something that is hard to hide away but if you are a coffee and wine drinker like me there may be times you really would like to just keep your mouth shut. Today I’m sharing Smile Brilliant, a teeth whitening system that has worked to transform my smile and make me a little less self conscious and I’m offering YOU a chance to improve your smile too!
Smile Brilliant provided the complete teeth whitening kit but all opinions and results are my own.
If you are a heavy coffee drinker like me, the one thing an over the counter white strip doesn’t resolve are the back teeth. While I have gone through the process once before with a local dentist to create trays to fit my teeth, it took scheduling an appointment and two visits. The benefit of the Smile Brilliant kit is it arrives on your doorstep with easy to follow instructions to create your own molds. A postage paid envelope is also included to mail the molds back and I received my teeth whitening trays in a very short time. The process was so convenient!
The whitening system consists of both the whitening gel as well as a desensitizing gel. I personally did not have any issues with sensitivity when using the trays up to 45 minutes but one night I did get distracted wrapping Christmas gifts and that was the only time I used the desensitizing gel.
Smile Brilliant provided lots of tips such as using a Q-tip to remove any excess gel after inserting the trays. The gel can create a strong tingling sensation if oozing out onto the gums.
Finding the time to wear the trays was always my biggest challenge as once again I’m a coffee drinker in the mornings. I found wearing the trays as I went about normal household chores; making the bed, doing laundry, or even just watching tv or reading a book was the best for passing the time. I do recommend setting a timer as the trays can be worn from 20 minutes up to several hours. You really want to have an idea of what time is the best for you.
Smile Brilliant recommends 5 to 7 consecutive treatments for the optimum results. This before and after is really only after two consecutive treatments for me. I’m hoping to finish my kit and be ready to maintain every 3 to 4 months.

Wow that's great! I have hypersensitive teeth so I'm guessing this would not be an option? I know whitening systems can wreak havoc on sensitivity issues but you tell me! How did work for that?
Fabulous results!! Great product! Beautiful smile on a beautiful gal!
So fun! My post with them is supposed to go live in the next few days!
Incredible results! Whiter teeth can make one's whole face look brighter and younger. This looks great!
What great results! You should be proud to show those pearly whites now 🙂
Wow, what a difference! You look great!
Those are great results! And it sounds the process is pretty easy! Thanks for sharing!
Nothing better than a beautiful smile!
The difference is quite noticeable. I love the convenience of doing it at home too.
WOW! What a huge difference!
that is an incredible before and after! I have another week of treatments and then I'll be sharing mine!
I think your teeth look awesome!
I don't drink coffee, but I think I'll be needing something like this once I finish my Invisalign. You got such great results!
Super gift to yourself Lana! I had braces when I was young but my bottom teeth shifted and about 10 years ago I fixed them and I am so glad I did.
I seriously have a hard time remembering to do this consistently and really need to do multiple days in a row to get the full result. Nothing like having a white smile!
Well…I do not have super sensitive teeth but that is the one thing they have that others I have tried do not. Every treatment has both the whitening and a desensitizing gel.
