Today I’m linking up with all my favorite weekly fashion bloggers found
here and also joining Wino Wednesday!
With the fall temperatures making an appearance, I have been wearing quite a few shades of wine and enjoying a few glasses red wine! I thought I would tie the two together for a fun little what I’ve been wearing post while also showing you my favorite new wine.
I dressed my wine colored tank down for Aggie Gameday with my boots and skinnies and this adorable tassel necklace I found on my trip to Round Top. Earlier in the week the tank found a home paired with a black jacket, cage heels and leopard pants.

When I purchased these studs during the anniversary sale I never once thought about wearing with this color. I have ONLY worn with this color so far. They are so much fun! Unfortunately this multi colored pair has been sold out but the solid glitter in several colors can be found
here.
My friend Lallah hosted a mini girls night and I always love the wine she chooses. I have not been a huge Pinot Noir fan in the past but this bottle is really nice. Not too fruity but not too tart either. It is a little more expensive than my normal everyday bottle around the house but even at around $20 a bottle it is a great choice. It is also at a great price point to use for a hostess gift. She always has the simplest little spread of snacks too! I always make things so complicated but this was just perfect.
How fun would this little wine glass be as a gift? It is on clearance at Pier 1 right now and you can find it
here.
What a great gift these stemless glasses would make! I mean it is only 78 days until Christmas so you could knock this one out early. Find them
here.
This week I needed a fresh outfit for work and pulled together grey slacks, a polka dot popover and added this wine cardigan. I found a necklace in my stash that was just perfect to pull all the colors together. I always struggle with shoes for slacks but these nude flats were just perfect. As always I am exactly in between; a regular length is almost too short but the tall length requires me to wear four inch heels!

And if you missed it in September, I paired an animal print top with the wine cardigan here.

you look great in wine color. Also, I now want a glass of wine; however, I'm thinking at 9am that might be inappropriate. Maybe later 🙂

I'm not a huge Pinot fan either, but I realize that I like them when they are a bit pricey – they have a much better flavor! Wine is one of my favorite colors to wear and I never thought I'd say that. I just think it's so pretty and so classy. Also, I read your decor post too and I think you did a fabulous job. The burlap is gorgeous and I'm a fan of the J6!
Thanks Molly! I really do love my fall decor….and only trumped by my Christmas decorations. Hope you are hanging in there.
