White Eyelet Dress for Spring
After a week of cold, dreary, wet weather, I was so happy to see the sunshine and some spring like temperatures. While I don’t mind a little winter, here in Texas I’m definitely looking forward to spring. When I saw this white eyelet dress I knew I had to take it for a spin and see if it deserved a spot in my spring closet. Spoiler alert, it does!
The material is softer than I expected and I think that will help it wear well without wrinkling quite so much. The eyelet details on the sleeve and bottom of the dress are delecate and flirty. I love the shape of the collar and the slight scallop edge of the skirt.
Using some fun accessories is always a fun way to dress up white so I decided to pop on my red slides. I grabbed these on sale last year and there are a few sizes left here. I think a cute pair of sandals will be perfect with this dress for our upcoming vacation.
My clutch is several years old and I grabbed it from a Noonday Collections party. They always carry fun items that are good quality. I linked a few summer clutches that might be fun as well. A belt would also be a fun addition and add a little extra punch to this dress so I’ll be on the hunt for one soon!
Rarely have I regretted adding a white dress to my closet for spring. Last year I grabbed a maxi length so it felt right to add something shorter this year. If white isn’t your thing, this dress also comes in an orangey red and black.
What items are you adding to your closet for spring?
