Everyday Style
It’s February but so far we have been off to a warmer than winter start. I’m attempting to shop my closet and really be thoughtful about pulling outfits together this month instead of adding just to add. I’ve also been purging a bit. A bag is prominently placed in my closet and every time I have worn something I did not feel good in all day I immediately place in the donation bag.
This week I started with a J. Crew Factory skirt and sweater combo and added nude heels. I have loved this skirt so much and think I will be adding the skirt linked below for Spring as this one is definitely more of a winter fabric. These heels have been in my closet for several years and always forget how comfortable they actually are. Have you ever shopped White House Black Market for shoes? For some reason they fit my feet very well and I have been happy with every pair I’ve ever purchased.
So often I run in from work and make a quick change before heading out to a sporting event, girl scouts, dance or just the grocery store. I love when an outfit transitions this easily. I threw on my Vigoss Tomboy jeans and red flats and headed back out.
I have found so many outfits lately to pair with my Kate Spade purse and I’m loving it.
Another outfit pulled together from items already in my closet and inspired by the outfit I found on Pinterest (see my Valentine Date Night post here). I really am loving the way this came together. All I need now is the leopard clutch which is STILL on backorder!!

I really love my boyfriend jeans but they are way too big. Hoping Vigoss brings back this style in the Spring so I can size down. I ordered this “Be Still and Know” camo shirt from the Be Still Clothing Company. They have many faith based t-shirts to choose from and it is super soft. This cardigan is one of those items I have kept for years….like possibly 5 and some years I don’t think I have worn it even once. I am never quite sure I like it but it is in perfect shape and it’s one of those things I just have a really hard time letting go of.
So happy it is staying lighter longer so we are able to take our little Dutch Buddy for a walk each day. Y’all….I didn’t even know how much joy this little dude could bring. I have never been a dog person but I just love him and he’s been a great addition to our family.
And last but certainly not least is this fun new robe I purchased. It is incredibly soft and cozy. I was worried it would be way too short based on the picture of the model but it was perfect. I am 5’7″ and it is plenty long for me. It is also on sale right now with limited colors available.
I love the two different ways you styled the sweater outfit! Both are so cute! I really love that next one too with the red pants. That bag is adorable!
Well of course you look presh in all these pictures but the ones of you and Dutch are my fav! 🙂
Love all of your outfits! So pretty!

I got that robe in the mail last Tuesday and seriously love it! I got the pink one too…and what a good deal under $35
Some great outfits here. I love the two you created with that gorgeous checkered sweater. Well done.
Happy V-Day! <3 Ada.
I love all of those outfits. Do you mind sharing what the red flats are? Love them!
I love them Stacey but I bought them last summer and I don't believe they are available. They are Michael Kors.
The red and black are so cute together!!! and of course I am a fan of any outfit with converse!!
Your first two outfits are some of the best you wore last year and all the red for February was perfect. I love every single pair of shoe on this post. And that graphic tee with the converse sneakers makes for the cutest casual look.
Oh and I own a few pairs of WHBM shoes, mostly heels. Their stilettos and pumps have built-in platforms which make them really comfortable. Plus their shoes are hot. I actually own a lot of their clothes and accessories too. I am a huge fan of their pencil skirts, jeans, jewelry, belts, bustiers and cardigans.
