Tuesday’s Top 3
While on our little vacation I actually watched two movies at the hotel and read a book! This may seem like a small little accomplishment but I honestly cannot tell you the last time I watched a complete movie!
{ONE} This was an oldie I had seen before but had totally forgotten how much I love it! I remember reading the book, Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, and the movie was on and I just couldn’t help but dive in and watch. If you have never read this book it is a great story about friendship and young love and a really easy read. I loved the movie as it followed along so closely with the book and the characters were all perfect! Here is a little trailer from you tube and the book can be found on Amazon here. I think this is a perfect read for spring and summer.
{TWO} I read The Fault in Our Stars in January 2014 and quickly fell in love with the book but never got around to seeing the movie. Alot of people have told me they just didn’t want to read something sad and honestly this book made me cry real, sobbing tears at various parts but it is a beautiful love story and I found lots of hope in this book as well. The movie did not disappoint and surprisingly Keith seemed rather interested watching it with me. I absolutely loved it so much! Here is the trailer and the book can be found on Amazon here.
{THREE} This book has been on my reading list based on multiple reviews from other bloggers. I could hardly wait to get to the end! I thought I had it all figured out but was not prepared for the final twist. I totally give this one five stars!
Here are some of my favorite Tuesday Link Up parties! Join in the fun!
I think I will have to read My Husband's Secret as we seem to have the same taste in books 🙂
Loved both books and need to watch Fault In Our Stars (have had it for a few months just have yet to sit down and watch it). And, The Husband's Secret is in my stack to read.
If you loved the book you will love the movie! It followed along rather nicely and I really feel like they nailed the characters!
I just finished The Husband's Secret and loved it as well!
I seriously can't stop thinking about it…I really want them to exhume her body and do an autopsy! 🙂
The twist at the end made me mad.
