The Queen’s Chronicles in Numbers
This week I didn’t take many pictures and thought I would take the opportunity the first week of November to do a little Queen’s Chronicles in Numbers!
TEN minutes and ONE cast ballot.
FIVE blogposts including last weeks Queen’s Chronicles, a casual look to wear shopping, a currently post and my November goals. My fave post of the week, however, was the FIVE ways to finding thankful post. You can also register to win TWO embroidered pillow covers; one for you and one for someone you are thankful for!
ONE well check, TWO and 1/2 inches grown and FOUR shots! Carly kept saying “I don’t really think they should give that many shots at one time.
This picture is from last Saturday but this Saturday I actually hit not ONE but TWO classes for a total of 111 minutes of heart pumping. My first time taking Barre-lattes and it was definitely testing some muscles. I actually logged FIVE days of workouts this week which hasn’t happened in a long time!
FORTY + pages completed in “real” scrapbooks! I love keeping our Christmas Cards in books to look back on and was already TWO years behind. Now I’m all caught up and ready for the cards to arrive this year!
Dinner date with ONE cutie patootie who shared a TEN inch pizza with me!
ONE new bottle of wine and I had to share with you guys because it is a good one and under FIFTEEN dollars.
TWO puppies and countless treats because Honey (my grandma name) just can’t resist that sweet face!
With the boys gone hunting the mornings were quiet which meant THREE more chapters down in this amazing book! I seriously cannot wait to write up all my notes from this book!
THREE hunters in my house this weekend but ZERO deer claimed. Loved seeing Riley even if it was brief.
At least ONE hour I spent vacuuming the couch and our outside furniture which was covered in dog hair! I love this guy but this is his fave spot to sit because we are often in the kitchen and he can keep an eye on us. We are in need of new furniture and I need to find a way to be a little more disciplined with him…but that face!!
ONE hour gained made the day feel really long and really productive! Carly and I finally ventured out to make a quick grocery run and thankfully we only needed FIVE things because the bottom fell out of a huge thunder storm. The rain is much needed and we didn’t melt so yea!
Looking forward to a week full of more fun numbers! No TWO weeks are ever the same!
FOUR shots?! Bless her heart! Didn't you love barre? It's probably one of my favorites! And FORTY + pages?! So incredibly jealous!!!
Good for you getting your workouts in! That is such a great feeling!
Such a fun way to recap! I totally agree with Carly. 4 shots just stiinks, poor kid. Hope your hunters claim some deer soon!
I love quiet mornings for reading! You should link your post up over on my blog today!!!!
Is that tassel pillow not the best! I love mine still
Hi Shelley, Such a lovely family and cute puppies! That Scripture verse really spoke to my heart today — truly our days are numbered, and may we use each one wisely to glorify Him. Thanks for your visit and sweet comment on Saved by Grace!
God bless,
Laurie
Forty pages of scrapbooking…you rock! Looks like a fun, productive week!
I love numbers posts. And I agree with your daughter – 4 shots is too many :)! My guys were gone in South Dakota bird hunting all week – I got so much accomplished!
Love this post and so proud of you on your work out and ability to chill out! Love to you Shelly!!!!!
Girl…chilling is not something I'm very good at. Makes it really hard to be surrounded by family that is able to. 🙂
Bless her….she has never had a reaction before and this time she had a pretty good one and we were having to ice her arm and take ibuprofen for several days. I don't complain much about hunting season…it definitely gives me a chance for some alone time and I totally get more done!!
Haha…Tanya I seriously love scrapbooking so much and it really makes me feel so calm.
Laurie thank you for sharing! I'm always so glad if someone finds a little inspiration here.
Haha..yes Kimm I love mine too! They probably are not very fall-ish but that room is a complete disaster anyway.
Bless her heart Beth….she had a reaction to the DTP shot this time with some redness, swelling and even fever at the injection site. I think she kind of liked the extra attention though. 🙂
I've been doing so good Kellyann and I feel so much better. I really let myself make excuses for too long this summer. I need the workouts physically AND mentally!!
FOUR!! And bless her she had a pretty good reaction to one of them. Redness, swelling and fever at the injection site. She was kind of milking it. 🙂
I've been wanting to pick up this book. Did you love it??
Sarah
Absolutely loved it Sarah! It definitely made me realize I sometimes project on others something they didn't necessarily "own" in the first place but instead just reminds me of something someone else did in my past. 🙂
