the Queen’s Chronicles – Half Baked

I waited forever for these two to share their news and then I failed to come to the blog and share with all of you! Our latest news at The Queen’s Chronicles is our newest grand is half baked! We are so excited and looking forward to another October birthday. Jordan’s due date is October 16th which was my aunts birthday so I secretly am hoping the baby will make it’s arrival right on time.

Jordan and Jonathan have chosen to keep the gender a surprise so we are all making our best guesses and pulling out all the old wives tales. Since they did not share their news with us until 12 weeks along it has really seemed to go quickly.

Of course we are all just praying for a healthy little bundle and of course for Jordan to continue to move through her pregnancy without any complications. So far other than the normal pregnancy woes she has been doing great.

Having my first born and baby girl have her first baby has brought forth lots of emotions. It was a short 34 summers ago when I was pregnant with her and I’m just so thankful that she is in a much more stable situation than I was then. I can’t wait to see her become a momma and can only imagine all the emotions I will feel that day.

So while we had this little photo shoot at 20 weeks to celebrate being half baked with a little ice cream, she will be done with her second trimester in a blink. We are doing our best to make sure little momma is keeping cool this summer and all of us are so excited for October to arrive!
