Summer Print Dressed Up & Down

I have been on the hunt for a few cute summer tops to add to my closet which can be dressed down for a casual weekend outing or dressed up a little for work or a night on the town.
This little cutie was calling my name from the Loft sale and I thought I would give it a try.
Perfect timing when this box showed up the same day as my new top!  Have you heard about the Warby Parker try on program?
While I don’t require prescription glasses anymore, I decided it could be fun to try a few pair from the See Summer Better Campaign.   While I was inpsired by Warby Parker
regarding this opportunity, I was not compensated and all opinions are my own.
I headed online and picked five frames I was interested in and they arrived in my mailbox about five days later.
The kids were very opinionated when I tried them on!  I was surprised too, as the ones I really thought I would love most did not fit my face well.
This handy dandy little insert was included to give a few parameters on choosing the right frame for you.
We were heading to Houston to see Wicked at the Hobby Center so I added a black jacket, skinny jeans and red pumps to dress up the top.
Yes, still really digging the Stella & Dot striped clutch.  Two years ago I would have never thought combining a print and a stripe could work!
These are the sunglasses I was most comfortable wearing and my family agreed they looked best on my face.
Stella & Dot has so many fun pieces and all of these have pretty much been on repeat daily.
The perfect little top to dress up or down and not melt in the Texas heat!  Evidently I wasn’t the only one who loved this top as it is now sold out.
I first heard about Warby Parker after listening to the Bobby Bones show.  With all my children wearing glasses I really do like the idea of ordering a variety and having time to try them at home before investing in the lenses.  The process was super easy as the package arrived in my mailbox and was easily shipped back with the return label provided.  We will definitely be trying the program in the future to replace the kids glasses.
Have you tried the Warby Parker try on program?  If so I would love to hear your review!

  1. I love the top too! Haven't heard of Warby Parker before. Interesting. I do have to say we are blessed because Tony belongs to a Trade/Barter group here in the Valley (ITEX) and one of the business's also in it, is an optician! He's fabulous, Has a cute shop in downtown Visalia and does our glasses on ALL trade dollars! Its a win- win!! I just ordered 4 new pair last week and can't wait for them to all come in!

  2. I love how you can try them all on before making our decision. It's hard to buy sunglasses online sometimes because you just don't know what will work.

  3. What a darking top Shelly! Its funny as I just did a post today on Zenni Optical and my sunglasses. I know about WP try on program, and love the ones that you have chosen! They look amazing on you. That clutch is very cute as well!
Thanks for linking up with Turning Heads Tuesday!
