Stitch Fix – Style Six Linkup
It’s time for your weekly fix and today I’m hitting you up double! I’m showing off my latest Stitch Fix box and then you can hop over to visit the rest of the Style Six ladies for your weekly fashion fix.
If you are new to Stitch Fix, it’s a style service where you receive 5 items to try based upon a profile you set up. You have the opportunity to give feedback on your style and send back anything you don’t love. Sometimes it’s defintiely harder than others to make a final decision but I love receiving something unexpected I didn’t have to shop for myself.
So let’s take a look at what my box held in September as well as what I’m keeping and what I still need YOU to help me decide on!
As soon as I saw this dress I was hoping it would work and it was an absolute keeper! I’m kind of on a navy kick right now and on the lookout for something I can wear to Dillons National Signing Day. Really thinking this may be it as it can be dressed up or down and easily topped with layers as the temperatures cool off.
The material was lightweight but still thick enough to not show through. It also hung very nicely and was a respectable length for the office. I definitely can see this worn with sneakers and a ball camp too!
I wasn’t sure I would like this top but that’s why I always remind you to try on everything in the box even if you are not sure! I LOVE this top. Not sure I really need it but we are heading to Florida next month and it would be a fun piece to pull out. What do you think? Is this one a keeper or should I send it back?
When I first pulled this top out I immediately thought no way. I really thought the crossover front was going to be too low and I hate being force to add a cami or bralette. To my surprise the fit was so perfect. It is a sweater like material and so soft plus it is just close enough to Aggie colors so it would definitely see lots of wear.
I requested white jeans from my stylist but in the mean time purchased a pair at a local boutique 50% off. I loved the fit of these but they are definitely too short for this time of year. These will definitely be returned,.
My stylist also sent me a denim jacket at my request and I love the lighter wash. This jacket also has some embroidery on the back which is adorable. My only reservation is it is heavily distrissed as shown in my instagram stories. I’d love to know your opinion!
Receiving a Stitch Fix is so fun to me. One of my biggest suggestions is to always try every piece even if you do not think you will love it. I’ve been pleasantly surprised many times.
My rules for the Stitch Fix are similar for my regular shopping rules. Items must be cross functional and work for work and play. The item must also work with something already in my closet.
If you have always wanted to try Stitch Fix but held back, new customers may use this code for $50 towards your first purchase! I’d love to hear if you give the service a try and what you think about it. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you need to!
My pick from last week is this look from Bo which is just one of the 3 ways she styled this leopard dress. Hop on over to see all 3 looks and I promise you won’t be disappinted. She is adorable in all.
