Prime Finds – April

Back when I received my first credit card in college I remember how fun it was heading out to purchase anything I wanted and feeling like I had all the resources in the world. Then the reality hit when that bill showed up in the mail. Well, Amazon can kind of be like that for me if I’m not careful!

I’ve been trying to be just a bit more intentional about my purchases on Amazon instead of just clicking to purchase and definitely have had my share of returns lately. I’m sharing my monthly prime finds and linking up with Tanya today!

If you purchase any item through certain affiliate links on this site, I may make a commission from that purchase.

Let’s talk about the keepers first shall we?

Hat | Bag

My old panama hat had seen better days so I grabbed this one and I have to say for the price I’m 100% satisfied. I typically don’t spend too much on a hat because it will be drug around to ball games and the beach and sometimes finds its way to the floorboard of the care (oopsie). This one is a win!

Trader Joes 3 Pack

I know, I know, I’m the last person out there to finally try this stuff! We do not live near a Trader Joes but when I saw the 3 pack of spices on Amazon I decided to give it a try. Everything but the Bagel is a hit for me on my avocado toast but I’d say if you don’t love onion and garlic it’s not going to be your thing. I’m still trying out the other two spices but have used on fish and enjoyed the results!

One of my favorite cookbooks in recent years has been the Fed & Fit book by Cassy Joy Garcia so when her new book was released I grabbed it. I love the concept and the fact that the book includes the recipes but also the shopping lists for weekly meal plans. Some of the recipes might be a little fluffy for Keith but I don’t mind using them to build my lunches for work.

Bag | Blazer | Romper in same pattern

This little rattan bag was one of those items I’m pretty sure I just clicked and purchased without much thought. The interior lining I’m pretty much sold me with the adorable floral print. It is a little pricier than some, but I will say I feel like it is well made and has not snagged any of my clothing.

After reading Where the Crawdads Sing in March, my reading has been a little slow. The one book I completed, I‘m Fine and Neither are You was easy to read but I was not itching to turn the page. The Proverbs 31 ladies sent out a short online bible study notice about this book and I quickly ordered because I’m always in for some extra pointers on keeping my marriage on the right track! Hopefully I’ll have a review for May.

So what did I order and return? Well, this little romper is just cute as can but and super, super soft with a little stretch. Both Kellyann and Carrie have loved it but it fit me really, really weird through the chest and was gapping on both sides.

I also was really, really excited to try this top and it was super cute but just didn’t hang in a flattering way on me. It is a brand I’ve tried before and even purchased at local boutiques and the quality is good.

So that’s it for me this month! Can’t wait to see everyone’s prime finds.
