Pink Gingham
Believe it or not until I stared blogging I didn’t even own a gingham shirt! I purchased my first in navy but have been wanting pink for sometime.
J Crew Factory and J Crew as well have the best I’ve found so far. The perfect weight for layering and I love the fit.
This time of year in Texas it’s all about being comfortable and cool on the weekend. I love a good pair of destructed denim and my converse tennis shoes. I also was needing a new cap and I fell in love with this one from Burlap & Pearls.
It can still become cool if the winds are high or after the sun sets so this lightweight sweater is perfect to layer over a button down. I have it in peach also and I’m thinking I really need to layer over my navy gingham shirt.
Last chance for one more layer with an easy fringe scarf to keep warm at those spring baseball games.

I love adding shades of pink. It can be fun and flirty or sweet and romantic. Here are few more pink items to check out.
I’m in love with these pants!! J Crew Teddie Pants
Last spring I wrote Pop of Pink featuring a swim cover up from J. Crew Factory that was too cute to be reserved for the pool. They have several adorable prints again this year.

I love gingham – it's such a fun pattern! I am sad to say I don't own any though. Sounds like I need to remedy that ASAP!
What a cute outfit! You look adorable. Thanks so much for linking up with Style Perspectives again today!
Oh that pink gingham is SO cute and perfect for spring. Love the way you styled it too!
We won't be needing those warm scarves for too much longer! The pink gingham is so pretty – I've been on the search for a spring gingham or plaid print so off and this is perfect!
I'm that girl,…don't have any gingham. Wtf is wrong with me????
No wedges, no gingham….girl you're a hot mess!
Right? I definitely think we are going to have a warmer spring than we have had in awhile. I have been wanting pink and these from J. Crew Factory are so lightweight so I've been able to wear them even in the summer.
Thanks Beth! Maybe someday I'll get that front tuck down..haha
Thanks for providing fun style prompts!
Emily you so need some gingham in your closet!
Thanks so much Whitney! Hope you are having a great week.
You totally could pull those pants off!! I wanted them so bad but they are cut for girls like you and they only had the one style. They even have the blazer to match.
Love this!! Jcrew and JCrew Factory are my fave!! Totally copying this look! And YAY for being the most clicked link last week and thanks for linking up with us at The Blended Blog!!
Still no wedges. I'm just not a wedges girl. However I do love the gingham. I may have to hop over to the website 😉
Love the gray and pink!
I had no idea I needed it in my life until about a year ago….totally a believer it should be in every closet! Hope you are having a great week Elizabeth!
Oh, pink gingham! I am on the hunt for one. Cute looks all the way around!
I love this look so much, and you look so pretty in pink. The converse shoes and hat add such a fun element!
Ahh…thanks so much Lana! Doesn't pink just make you feel a little bit more feminine? It always does for me…pink and lace. I don't know what I did before I had my converse. Really thinking I need to add another pair this year.
Thanks Alison! I really do love the J. Crew Factory button downs. They are lightweight and have a great fit and they have held up through the wash very well. Have a super day!
Thanks friend…..I love wearing pink. I'm not a super girly girl so pink always makes me feel a little more girly.

Oh Deena…you totally need a gingham top. I had no idea how versatile it would be and it is so great for layering. The tunic though..I seriously loved wearing it to the pool and with my jeans last summer…so fun!

Thanks for the heads up! I always forget about JC Penneys and we actually have one here. A good friend gets a discount from her dad and she's always finding cute stuff!
You really pull off pink well. In college, gingham was the rave. I use to have it in navy too. My favorite blouse of all time. I should have kept that blouse and see, it would be in style again.
Loving these looks, especially the first one! SO cute and sporty.
Beautiful gingham top! so gorgeous on you!

Super cute look and I really like how you gradually added layers! Your pink gingham shirt is so great for spring. I've been wanting to add grey converse to my collection; they are such a perfect neutral.
I love your gingham top and the ways you've worn it. I bought this pink stripe skirt and love it.
Thank you for being a part of TBT Fashion link up and hope to see you soon!
