Ornament Exchange

I love adding new ornaments to our tree each year so when Johannah of The Sirois Family blog announced she was hosting an ornament exchange I jumped on the chance to participate.  Penny of Penny’s Passion and I exchanged ornaments and one of us procrastinated (I’ll let you guess which one!) but finally our packages both arrived and I’m so excited to share with you today!

Ornament Exchange - The Queen in Between Penny definitely took care in creating a beautiful package for me!  I am a wrapping paper girl and definitely prefer unwrapping a gift than pulling an item out of a gift bag.  Although you will never catch me discriminating against the contents regardless!  Ornament Exchange - The Queen in Between The rules of the exchange were to spend at least $15 pre-shipping on an ornament and/or additional items to meet the $15.  Penny’s choices for me were spot on! Ornament Exchange - The Queen in Between

Li Bien ornaments are favorites of mine!  I actually also sent Penny one but thankfully not the SAME one! These ornaments are always so beautifully painted and include the year.  They always look so pretty with the light shining through. I typically grab one or two once they are marked down (40% off right now!) and it so happened this was not one of the two I grabbed for myself.  I’m so excited to have three new ornaments this year!

A special thank you to Penny for putting together such a beautiful and thoughtful package.  Mostly thanks to Penny for her grace because my procrastination definitely put her in a bind!  I loved everything in the box and have already grabbed the supplies to make the dip!

Have you ever participated in an ornament exchange?  I love the fun of meeting new bloggers and receiving a fun surprise.
