Today I’m joining my Style Six sisters to bring you this fun linkup and share a little spring perspective and a look I’m grabbing for my time working from home. Grab your favorite look and join us! While your at it leave me a comment and share what you are doing to bring sunshine to your days! Be sure to follow all the way down to see my favorite look from last week!

Call it the sign of the times but my May Stitch Fix box may have been overlooked amongst the rest of the chaos that was May! I finally tried on my May box after receiving a reminder email.

If you are new to Stitch Fix, it’s a style service where you receive 5 items to try based upon a profile you set up. You have the opportunity to give feedback on your style and send back anything you don’t love. Sometimes it’s defintiely harder than others to make a final decision but I love receiving something unexpected I didn’t have to shop for myself.

So let’s take a look at what my latest box held shall we?

May Stitch Fix - Summer Dress

This little dress is perfect for summer in Texas. It is lightweight, not too clingy and the colors are beautiful. I definitely could see if dressed up for work with a blazer and heels but could also see it working perfectly with cute sandals and a darling hat for a weekend getaway. It was sent to me ain a large and, while I could have tried to exchange for a medium, I decided it was just not a must have for my closet.

I did not get a closeup of the wedges but they were also in my box! Shoes are not often in the rotation but I was excited to see these. Even more exciting? They are so comfortable and I decided I needed them! The teeny touch of red will be a fun summer addition.

May Stitch Fix - Striped Skirt

I had really high hopes for this stretchy striped skirt. Typically I love a great stripe pattern such as this as it makes a great option for pattern mixing but somehow I just couldn’t pull together a look. The skirt just wasn’t quite right on me which, truthfully, is more about my current body and not necessarily the skirt! This was also returned.

May Stitch Fix - Floral Top

This top is a fun pattern but I wasn’t really crazy about the colors for me. While it fit well in most places, if you look closely you can see it was pulling just a tad across the chest. It made a darling little look for work but It was returned.

May Stitch Fix - Strappy Cami

Ask me what my closet does NOT need….another tank top! This one has the perfect amount of swing and a cute little crisscross strappy back. As much as I really didn’t need it….I know I will be able to mix and match this piece with tons of other items in my closet. So blame it on the “feels like 102” weather we have been having but this one is a keeper.

I’m always excited to see my Stitch Fix box arrive! Having a stylist choose a few things has given me a chance to try styles I might not necessarily choose for myself. It has been a process over the years to get this just right but by providing lots of feedback on my boxes and keeping the same stylist who gets my style, I definitely end up with more positive options.

Have you tried Stitch Fix? Now might be the perfect time to give them a whirl. Use my code for $25 off your first fix!

Last weeks pick comes from Katherine Eldridge with these fun camo and floral joggers! Joggers are not something I have ventured out to try but these have me dreaming. Love the way she styled them. Will you be next weeks pick? Link up and come back next week to find out!
