Friday Favorites – Love
Let’s just say I love to love more in February! Or at least I love to practice showing love more this month. I didn’t have anything crazy fun to share today for friday favorites but love is always in style so here’s a few ways to show someone you love them!
Be Punny!
I’m not always funny but a good pun is always an easy, if not cheesy, way to show some love. My friend Holly has a new little biz, Happy Day Gift Co. and her boxes are always full of punny stuff (and sugar) that is sure to bring a smile. You can find her and her boxes on Instagram!
Here is a cute pun I whipped up to share with you! Grab some cute valentines inspired or spring masks like these and pop on this printable for a cute little punny that doesn’t break the bank but still brings some smiles!
Cook Up Some Love
Thankfully my family makes it pretty easy as the way to their hearts is often through their mouths! With Valentines day on Sunday it’s the perfect chance to cook up some love with valentines inspired food. Grab this waffle maker or pour pancakes into a large heart shaped cookie cutter and you have a win for breakfast. Here are tons of breakfast ideas to pin!
Of course if you are looking to be a little more fancy, a charcuterie with a little love poured in isn’t a bad start! The ideas are endless and I have been loving watching Charcuterie Chick on Instagram for lots of ideas and how tos.
Mail Your Love
Everyone loves receiving something in the mail that isn’t a bill or junk right? How cute are these little cards!! They are generic enough to use any time but so cute for Valentines day! I think a simple sweet note to someone you love is such an easy thing to do. Obviously a gift card always takes it up a notch too but sweet words can definitely go a long way!
Single Out Some Love
Last year I saw such a sweet idea to gift some love to someone you know who is single. It could be a young lady you know, a recent divorcee or widow but just send something sweet. I had flowers delivered last year to a friend who has struggled not only being single into her 30s but also lost her dad. It made me so happy to send her some sweet love and let her know she was treasured and loved!
These are just some of my favorite ways to spread some love! Of course they work anytime but sometimes we need a themed holiday for a good excuse right?
