Day to Date Camo Style + Fabulous Friday Linkup

Today I’m combining two of my favorite things; the camo pattern and a piece that easily transitions from a day to date look! It has been just a little dreary in Texas so last weekend I was in search of a few pieces to at least at some spring to my closet! You can see all the pieces I considered with the spring style try on session. So far my favorite piece to pick up is this camo button down!

I first grabbed this top and dressed it up with black dress pants and booties for the office and I think it would look equally adorable with a skirt. Don’t be afraid to mix another pattern with the camo as you see the stripes fit right in!

Midday, Keith called and invited me out for a much needed date night. Finding a way to transition this top to a date night look both pulled together but with a little hint of sexy was my goal. The faux leather leggings were a win! This top is long enough to wear untucked over leggings and I love the way it worked especially after adding the over the knee boots!

Again, don’t be afraid to mix in another pattern with the camo as you can see the animal print clutch also fits right in. This Amy clutch is so perfect and I much more reasonable than some I’ve seen without skimping on quality. I decided on adding the pearls to give it a little more feminine touch and balance out the edginess of camo and faux leather.

We are actually heading to see Foreigner in concert this weekend and Im so 100% sure this is going to be my outfit!
