Crockpot Pork Chops

Crockpot Pork Chops - The Queen in Between

It’s been awhile since I’ve shared a favorite recipe but this is actually in our crockpot today so I decided it was time!  This seriously is one of Keith’s favorite meals I make and it is so incredible simple.

4-6 Pork Chops
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of chicken broth
1 package lipton onion soup mix
1 package brown gravy mix

Mix all ingredients together in a crockpot and add pork chops.  Cook on low for 6-7 hours.

I have used both bone in and boneless pork chops and I will say I think the bone in always come out more tender.  I always worry about the bones, however, because literally the meat just begins falling off the bone.  Boneless pork chops, at least the thicker ones I’ve used, tend to be very dry when cooked this way so I’m thinking next go round I may have to grab the thinner boneless chops.

I almost always serve with brown rice and a green veggie but obviously that is not mandatory. Mashed potatoes run a very close second and would also be delish!

  2. Yum! It kills my soul that Stephanie will not eat pork chops! They're a southern thing, right!? But a southern belle she is not. She said her nanny use to cook them to death and won't even try them now. wTH?!

  3. I'm definitely going to try this! My husband loves pork chops, but I'm not a big fan. Probably because I remember them being so dry. I'll grab some thinner ones & make this soon! Thanks for sharing!

  4. You referenced this recipe awhile back and I have made it several times. My family LOVES it and you're right, the meat does fall off the bones. I try to make one crock pot meal a week because it' so easy! Keep sharing your yummy recipes, I love it!
