Bluey Birthday Party

May was full of so many celebrations and that included celebrating with a Bluey birthday party! I really cannot grasp how quickly the years have passed since this girl was born You think they go by quickly with your kids but it has gone even faster with a grandchild.

Haisley loves Bluey & Bingo and requested this theme for her birthday. Well, specifically she requested Bluey & rainbows so my cookie girl helped make that dream come true. Aunt Car Car painted the adorable sign and Aunt Amy (Keith’s sister) brought the balloons. Carly also found her little outfit and her cousin Elle gave her a bluey swimsuit and coverup.

The party started and ended with lots of smiles and laughs with a slight detour in between. We kind of felt like it could have been our very own Bluey episode! Poor Haisley had a small accident midway through but then she rallied and was right back at it playing in the water, blowing bubbles and playing dress up.

I never want to forget her at this age! She is all that is good and pure in the world. I’m amazed by how smart she is and how quickly she catches on. I will never forget the way her soft little hand fits into mine. I love her sweet little snores when she is sleeping and her BIG imagination when she is awake. Being her Honey is for sure a great blessing and I’m so grateful.
