I’ve been pairing this camo linen top with black shorts the last few years but decided to change things up and tossed on with my white denim shorts this weekend. The camo takes on a different feel against the white and I’m kind of liking it.

Amy chose a theme for a Mothers day look and I failed to play along this month. Hopefully y’all won’t mind if I make up for it by showing off a more casual look but actually including a picture WITH my mom!

The sheltering in place has been hard on all of us but especially those living alone. We made the call two weeks ago to bring my mom into our space. She is still staying at her house mostly but we have made sure to check on her each weekend.

We had fun taking these picures around the square in my hometown. It was pretty desserted on a Sunday afternoon which made for a perfect photo op. Mothers day is just around the corner and it’s definitely a day worth cdelebrating this relationship that can be so many things over the course of a lifetime but at the end of the day begins and ends with love.
